Job Description
The Advisory team within Transportation provides key decision-making skills and advice to clients around developing and implementing policy and strategy. We are currently seeking to appoint an Associate Director who is a strategic thinker and self-starter, to support the growth and delivery of our Transportation Advisory practice.

Job Duties include:

3. Support the delivery of the Advisory business plan to build the team and create a profitable unit.
4. Actively participate in developing client relationships leading to the winning of work.
5. Create the necessary pipeline of work to support continuing growth.

7. Undertake Health & Safety duties ensuring a safe working environment.
8. Champion and integrate Sustainable Development and innovation into project delivery.
Qualifications
Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Experience of developing and delivering policy and strategy projects in a transport environment.
2. Excellent communications skills.
3. Project and programme management experience.
4. In-depth knowledge of the Transport sector industry, macro trends, and boardroom challenges.
5. Relevant academic qualifications, preferably an MBA.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Experience as a Project Delivery Director and/or successful Bid Director.
8. Managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality advice in complex environments.
9. Line management and mentor experience.
