Store Leadership Role
We're looking for a skilled and experienced leader to join our store team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the store team to achieve sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives
* Deliver excellent customer service and provide a positive shopping experience
Requirements
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Degree or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field
