Primary Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement diverse fitness programmes tailored to individual client needs.
2. Conduct group personal training, ensuring a balanced, effective, and dynamic workout experience.
3. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and integrate new training methods.
4. Provide expert advice on nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle choices.
5. Ensure safety and professional standards are maintained at all times.
6. Engage, promote, and attend community events.
7. Undertake speciality courses which will promote the development of our clients and accelerate their results.
8. Work with our management team to promote and deliver excellence in our client pathway and experience, our brand, and reputation in the local community.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in personal training and group coaching. Additional training and qualifications are available for the right candidate who is keen to learn and embrace the opportunity.
* Experience in nutrition coaching is desirable, but not essential.
* Recognised fitness qualification/certification.

Salary: £23,500 Base salary with additional commission and performance-based pay. 30 Hours of coaching within your weekly 40 hours would yield a total salary of £40,000.
