We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Site Manager and Premises Coordinator to join The HireWorks Ltd estates team based in the local area.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the general appearance of the premises, including redecorating and cleaning tasks.
* They will also monitor external cleaning services and ensure that the site meets our high standards.
* Opening and locking up the site is another key responsibility.
* Fulfilling fire safety and health and safety duties is crucial to the success of this role.
