Better Start Tuition has been offering life changing education services for thirty years. We now operate an expanding group of tuition centres across South Wales.
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager / Administrator to join us to lead our customer facing operations in our Newport Centre.
You will be a friendly extrovert, comfortable in new surroundings and able to make friends among strangers. You will need your own transportation and driving license is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support to the business
2. Welcome walk-up customers and conduct sales actions with them
3. Manage in-bound and out-bound calls
4. Manage teaching schedules and human resources activities
5. Manage and operate our social media advertising channels
6. Manage our CRM system
7. Manage direct sales, including our direct sales teams
8. Setup and manage promotions, centre events, and direct advertising
9. Proactively work to grow sales for the business.
Qualifications:
1. Social media: you will be familiar with social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) both from personal use and also through using them for business promotions.
2. Experience: experience in a customer facing role involving use of administrative systems.
3. Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector trends, key players, and market dynamics.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
This role is a full-time position.
Salary: £22000 per year FTE salary. Up to an additional £10000 bonus for meeting sales targets.
Hours: variable hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11am - 6.30pm, Saturday 9.30am - 5pm.
