Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for one of our clients based in Atherstone. As an Office Administrator, you will be involved in answering calls, booking meetings and appointments and effectively communicating with teams across the business.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Managing expenses and invoices
Communicating across all departments to keep all departments up to date
Office Administrator Details:
Location: Atherstone (CV9)
Pay: £14 PH
Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (09:00-15:00) first 12 weeks, full time after.
Office Administrator Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative role
Effective communicator (written and verbal)
Prior experience using Sage or Quickbooks is beneficial
PC Literate
Understanding basic bookkeeping and financial procedures
