A Typical Day in the Job: Providing first-line technical support to staff and students. Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly. Supporting the management of network infrastructure and security. Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and support requests. Contributing to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge: A strong interest in IT and technology. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting. A Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 5/C in GCSE English is required for this role. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £14,526 per annum. Monday to Friday, 8am 4pm. 25 days paid annual leave per year.
