Here is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team at the corporate office in northwest London (NW7 3TD) with the IDILIQ Group.

THE ROLE
This role is ideal for a proactive and creative individual with a passion for marketing and travel. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing activities, maintaining our brand presence across digital platforms, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns.
This is a hybrid role, requiring two to three days per week in our London, Mill Hill (NW7) office and other days working remotely.
* Schedule and post content across various social media platforms for our resorts and brand, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and inquiries.
* Write engaging blog posts, social media captions, website copy, and email newsletters to highlight travel destinations, promotions, and special offers.
* Assist in the design, execution, and reporting of targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and bookings.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital channels, including updating OTA (Online Travel Agent) and Google listings with the latest imagery and information.
* Monitor and respond to customer reviews across public platforms to maintain a positive brand reputation.
* Update website content, manage imagery, and oversee translations to ensure accurate representation of our resorts and destinations.
* Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance and costs, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including banners, videos, and social media graphics (basic design skills beneficial).
* Organise, index, and maintain the internal photo and video library, ensuring proper crediting, easy access, and timely updates with fresh imagery.
* Support the Head of Marketing with various tasks and contribute to broader marketing projects and initiatives.

Background
* Marketing qualification OR a minimum of two years' hands-on experience in a similar role.
* Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
* Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT to support content creation.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, particularly social media.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
* Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
* Knowledge of or a keen interest in the travel industry, including destinations, trends, and customer behaviour.
