Job Description Summary: Experienced Senior HR Advisor required for 9-12 months to cover maternity, supporting employee relations, complex cases, and TUPE, with expertise in employment law and management coaching.
* Operate regionally to support employee relations requirements.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders.
* Ownership of cases through to closure.
* Be the knowledge expert and escalate complex requirements.
* Ensure management of people issues aligns with company values.
* Coach and train Line Managers on HR issues.
* Provide end-to-end technical support on TUPE.
* Undertake central HR projects.
* Produce monthly board reports.
The successful candidate will have strong HR Generalist and Employee Relations experience, excellent knowledge of employment law, and the ability to balance commercial needs with assessed risks.
