Each JoJo store is unique, whether trading over two floors, having a quirky layout, or being situated in an interesting place. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the face of JoJo, providing excellent customer care and service. You will guide, inform, and assist customers in purchasing our wide range of clothing and products, catering to diverse needs such as expectant parents, grandparents, or friends and family.
Our principles are rooted in B Corp values. As we transition into a digital retail environment, offering Omni-Channel customer service is vital to build loyalty. You will also be responsible for preparing and shipping orders for Ship from Store or Click and Collect options.
A day in the life
* Assist customers in various situations, from bra fitting to demonstrating baby carriers.
* Prepare Omni-Channel orders.
* Liaise with customers via in-store or phone communications regarding orders.
* Use digital platforms to develop your retail skills.
* Learn about new products to increase sales opportunities.
* Listen actively to customers’ needs to find the best solutions.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
Working hours
A typical week involves 4 x 4-hour shifts, with flexibility required based on store needs.
Candidate requirements
* Previous retail, customer service, and sales experience.
* Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to learn and communicate product information effectively.
* Self-motivated with a curiosity to learn independently.
* Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and understanding of customer needs.
* Ability to work harmoniously within a small team.
* Flexibility to work in a retail environment open 7 days a week.
* Attention to detail and standard maintenance skills.
