Lead the bid management function for a globally recognised company, overseeing bid processes across the UK, MEA and selected international markets. This senior role involves crafting winning strategies for high-value bids, primarily within UK and Middle Eastern Masterplanning projects. You’ll work closely with the business development team to identify opportunities and deliver successful proposals, managing a growing team and reporting on progress to senior leaders. You'll also contribute to ESG initiatives and help shape the company’s strategic assets.
