Humberside Engineering Training Association (HETA) is a dynamic and growing Group Training Association (GTA) with training centres located in Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe. We specialize in delivering Level 3 and 4 engineering apprenticeship programs, higher education, and upskilling courses for over 300 client companies. Are you an experienced Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineer seeking an exciting new opportunity? We are looking for industry specialists to inspire and assess the next generation of engineers by becoming a member of our Field Team Assessors.
About the Role:
As a Field Team Assessor, you will:
* Visit Level 3 and 4 apprentices in their workplaces to assess their progress toward Apprenticeship Standards.
* Play a key role in shaping talent by fostering their development and supporting their success.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineer with strong technical expertise and industry experience.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* A commitment to mentoring and supporting the growth of young engineers.
Qualifications:
* Relevant trade qualifications are essential.
Assessor qualifications are advantageous but not required; we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
Location:
The role can be based at any of our three sites. It involves visiting companies across the Humber sub-region. Some travel nationally may also be required. A full driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential.
