Position: Health and Social Care Assessor 2,3
Location: Home based role covering North Wales (with induction and training in South Wales for the first few days)
Salary: Up to £28k - Interviewing ASAP
Type: Permanent Full Time - 35 hour week (9am to 4.30pm, 4pm finish on a Friday)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced health and social care assessor. We are keen to hear from candidates who have sound knowledge and experience within the health and social care field, with experience of delivering the NVQ Levels 2, 3 in Health and Social Care.
You will provide outstanding support for learners and demonstrate your organizational and planning skills, discussing your achievements and learner successes. Your role will include:
1. Conducting and evaluating individual initial assessments to ensure all learners are on the correct programme at the right level.
2. Developing positive relationships with learners and employers on a monthly basis.
3. Actively promoting the use of e-portfolio to all learners and employers.
4. Ensuring all learners participate in an ‘exit interview’ as part of quality assurance visits, encompassing all aspects of the process.
