Head Waiter/Waitress
We are currently seeking an accomplished Head Waiter to support in leading our dining team at our renowned Cliveden Dining Room, distinguished with a prestigious 3 Rosette rating. This role presents an extraordinary opportunity to oversee the service excellence in our restaurant. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in high-end dining service, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an impeccable dining experience for our guests.
Our ideal candidate should:
1. Possess a background in high-end dining service, preferably in a 3 Rosette or equivalent setting
2. Lead and inspire our team to uphold and exceed the exacting standards of service and hospitality
3. Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring that each guest receives personalized attention and experiences exceptional service
4. Demonstrate leadership ability and organizational skills in overseeing restaurant operations
5. Show a commitment to creating a luxurious and memorable dining atmosphere
6. Display a keen interest in continuous refinement of service procedures to meet and exceed the expectations of a 3 Rosette dining experience
7. Be proactive and quick-thinking, ensuring that every guest enjoys their visit to our Cliveden Dining Room
