The role: Working closely with the Clinical Director and other senior team members to spot opportunities and embed changes that enabl e your team to deliver the highest quality clinical and operational standards Leading a team of approximately 8 RVNs and 5 Client Care Associates including rota and workflow organisation and team training and development Using your clinical skills and experience to provide your team with supportive guidance across varied and complex case s and procedures Travelling to two of our other sites one day per week to provide in-person leadership s upport to the teams The team: Primarily based at our Winchmore Hill site, you’ll also be responsible for the team in Highbury and Garden.
