Annual salary: up to £31,060.00 Plumber Lewes £31,060.00 per annum Full time - Permanent - 42.5hrs per week Including Company van and fuel card This contract provides a 24-hour emergency repair service. This post offers the opportunity to participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota, which can potentially boost earnings by approximately £10k per annum, based on one week out of a four-week rota. Participation is optional and not mandatory. About the role: As a Plumber you will be providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. As a Plumber you will be required to have experience in all domestic maintenance plumbing, hot/cold feeds, waste pipes and soil stacks also including bathroom/wet room installs and repairs, hot water cylinder renewals and leak detection. Response and maintenance plumber – will be dealing with pipe work, fitting sanitary wear, Fixing leaks and renewing plumbing parts. Participate in call out cover if and when required to ensure contract compliance & service user satisfaction for emergency repairs. Role Criteria: UK Full driving licence NVQ Level 2 or equivalent of plumbing qualification. Good Communication skills It literate Ability to use PDA Desirable: G3 unvented hot water qualification Previous experience working in domestic housing.
