About Our Client
Page Group are working in partnership with an industry leading Engineering & Manufacturing business within the Plant & Machinery space. This is a newly created role that will be the face of the business to customers for all things post sale including Service, Repairs and Parts.
Job Description
* Responsibility and leadership of the service function.
* Plan, manage and assign workload across the team focused on Service, Repairs and Breakdowns.
* Implement and own the end to end service process.
* Develop and embed service policy and procedures.
* Plan and arrange bookings for electrical and mechanical engineers.
* Manage varying and strict customer SLA's ensuring works are carried out within agreed timescales.
* Responsibility for warranty claims management.
* Provide reporting on Service Operations KPI's.
* Ensure the internal service function manages all available resources to cover proactive servicing requirements along with reactive repairs and breakdown.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in a similar service, customer service or after-sales role.
* Experience working with or planning works for engineers.
* Experience within manufacturing or focused environments.
* Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.
* Management of varying SLA's across a customer base.
What's on Offer
* Doncaster based on-site.
* 40 hours Monday to Friday.
* £47,000 - £52,000 depending on experience.
