Prepare necessary documents and reports. Coordinate meetings and take accurate minutes. Handle incoming and outgoing communication. Arrange travel and accommodation when necessary. Maintain an organised filing system. Ensure the smooth running of the office at all times. Profile A successful 'Personal Assistant' should have: A strong background in secretarial and business support roles. Adept in using MS Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
