Junior Legal PA UK law firm is seeking to hire a Junior Legal PA to join their Private Wealth Disputes team in their Guildford office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering top-tier secretarial and administrative support to an allocation of fee earners. Salary to £26,000 12-month fixed-term contract Guildford location Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Employee benefits include 25 days annual leave and long service accrual, access to corporate gym membership rates & other lifestyle and family friendly benefits Junior Legal PA Key Responsibilities: Able to develop solutions to ensure an exceptional service is always provided Consistently and appropriately update service users on progress and status of tasks where appropriate Complete searches at the request of Partners, fee earners, Secretarial Leads or Executives i.e. photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks Prepare files for costs assessments Support the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system Any ad hoc duties as requested by the business Junior Legal PA Skills & Requirements: A minimum of 6 months administration experience GCSEs graded A to C to include maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification)
