Front of House Operations Coordinator
Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits
37.5 Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5:30pm)
** You must have strong coordinator experience in a customer service-led industry (ideally hospitality, premium retail or commercial real estate) to be considered for this role **
Hesketh James are currently looking to recruit a Front of House Coordinator for a highly regarded operator with an exceptional reputation for delivering some of the most impressive properties globally. You will provide operational and administrative support to senior management whilst ensuring each front of house team runs effectively whilst consistently delivering not only a compliant but exceptional customer service and guest experience across the business. Each property provides stylish ultramodern workspaces, exciting communal spaces and versatile meeting spaces to fit all business needs. With clients ranging from budding new businesses to high-profile global enterprises.
Key responsibilities:
Providing operational and administrative support to senior management and front of house teams across the business. Ensuring each property has cover whilst facilitating temp cover if required. Conducting audits, maintaining legal and statutory compliance. Data management - ensuring records, internal trackers and spreadsheets are kept up to date for each property. Complaint handling and resolving any issues by offering solutions. Back-office admin duties including dealing with invoices, timesheets and queries.
About you:
Previous co-ordinator and admin experience in a service-led environment is essential Exceptional organisation and back-office skills including compliance, budgeting and reporting. Confident IT skills with experience of using multiple systems at any one time. Great attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines You will be committed to providing the highest level of customer service A great communicator and motivate with a focus on development.
