My customer runs a fleet of mobile engineers who calibrate equipment on-site, preventing any lengthy downtime for tools and engineers.
They are also able to calibrate a host of precision tools and measuring equipment including torque wrenches, air pressure and DTI gauges, micrometers, scales, and many more.
The Role:
1. To provide routine servicing, calibrations, repairs, and customer support functions.
2. To carry out routine service, calibration, and repairs for customers.
3. To plan and perform routine work as required, reporting to the Technical Manager and Deputy Quality Manager (UK).
4. To provide necessary user training of company products to customers and distributors.
5. To ensure compliance with Company and customers Health and Safety procedures.
6. To maintain compliance with company and customers quality systems in all necessary areas.
7. Maintain compliance with customer's Health and Safety and other contractual agreements when on-site.
8. Carry out routine servicing of customers' equipment.
9. Carry out routine calibrations of customers' equipment.
10. Comply with Quality Systems.
The Candidate:
1. Experience in electromechanical engineering industry.
2. Engineering qualification.
3. Working knowledge of Calibration Systems.
4. Mechanical knowledge and ability.
5. Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems.
6. Understanding of basic electronics.
