Hiring an experienced Administrator for a dynamic work environment in Eaglescliffe, in a 3-month temporary role before moving to permanent directly with the client. You will be working full-time 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30 for a competitive hourly rate.
You will be:
Managing job folders and maintaining installation files
Raising and managing jobs on Clik CRM, including pricing and POs
Verifying supplier invoices against POs
Entering and sending commissioning sheets to customers
Recording FGAS data
Scheduling training courses and ensuring certification compliance
Arranging accommodation for engineers
Overseeing ISO 9001 management
Handling incoming calls and performing ad hoc administrative tasks You will need:
Previous experience within an Air Con/installation company
NVQ Level 2 Business Administration qualification is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organisational skills and attention to details
