Hiring an experienced Administrator for a dynamic work environment in Eaglescliffe, in a 3-month temporary role before moving to permanent directly with the client. You will be working full-time 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30 for a competitive hourly rate.
You will be:
* Managing job folders and maintaining installation files
* Raising and managing jobs on Clik CRM, including pricing and POs
* Verifying supplier invoices against POs
* Entering and sending commissioning sheets to customers
* Recording FGAS data
* Scheduling training courses and ensuring certification compliance
* Arranging accommodation for engineers
* Overseeing ISO 9001 management
* Handling incoming calls and performing ad hoc administrative tasks
You will need:
* Previous experience within an Air Con/installation company
* NVQ Level 2 Business Administration qualification is desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Strong organisational skills and attention to details
* A good level of administrative experience
