Job Description
Cleaver Fulton Rankin, one of Northern Ireland’s leading law firms, is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing client files, ensuring all information is accurately maintained and easily accessible.
2. Communicating with clients, offering assistance with queries in a sensitive and professional manner.
3. Assisting with case preparation, including gathering documents, preparing bundles, and coordinating with courts.
4. Printing, photocopying, and scanning relevant documents for different practice departments.
5. Maintenance of up-to-date records of case files and legal documents and matter administration.
6. General administration duties as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Candidates must have demonstrable experience in an administrative role.
2. Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective and trusting relationships with people internally and externally to the firm.
4. Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Hours: To be agreed at interview stage. We welcome full-time and part-time applications.
