Working for a well known organisation within the property sector, this role is situated within a popular location in Derby City with excellent public transport links.
Your new role
This role is a full-time position, though for the right candidate would be open to a part-time application (please state on your CV what you are looking for).
You will assist themercial and procurement teams with the running of the departments, ensuring timely and accurate payment of the supply chain, bypleting duties such as:
1. Form strong relationships with the internal staff members to ensure the timely submission of delivery tickets from our construction sites.
2. Proactive monitoring of the above and reporting non-conformance.
3. Input all delivery tickets onto the accounts system.
4. Liaise with internal staff members in regards to proof of delivery and/or invoice queries.
5. Liaise with external suppliers regards proof of delivery and/or invoice queries.
6. Maintenance of supplier and subcontractor database including processing of new applications and renewal of insurances etc.
7. Input of weekly employees timesheets onto the accounts system for processing.
8. Supportmercial Administrator as required
9. Support to other disciplines as required

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you must be able tomunicate at all levels and have intermediate abilities in: MS Word, Excel & Outlook as well as forming and developing relationships with customers and clients. Having experience of Coins and/or Wages system would also be an advantage.
