Manage labour, plant, transport, and equipment on site, ensuring that all operations are carried out in a safe and legal manner and in accordance with the project plan. Direct teams in the construction of the works, monitoring the allocation of labour to ensure the tasks they carry out are within their level of skill and experience and that the correct tools and equipment are being utilised at all times. Ensure health and safety of all personnel on site and that site activities do not cause adverse environmental impact. Manage relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers & stakeholders. Produce delivery programmes. Liaise with planners to ensure compliant to NEC / Contract standards. Carry out quality and safety inspections. Onboarding, allocating and managing Sub Contractors and sub contract labour Planning and organising own workload Knowledge of health and safety legislation Knowledge of CDM and industry requirements Ability to identify problems and devise solutions.
