In this role, you will be locally responsible of IT support, infrastructure, and service delivery, ensuring that our employees have the best possible IT experience. You will also play a key role in Global IT coordination, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver. Job Responsibilities - Take the lead on IT support and service delivery for the Havant site, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. - Provide expert-level IT support, troubleshooting technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems. - Manage and resolve IT tickets efficiently while ensuring high user satisfaction. - Collaborate with global IT teams to implement new solutions and support business needs. - Act as a key liaison between Danfoss employees and IT vendors to ensure quality service. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas where IT solutions can enhance productivity and efficiency. - Maintain and create IT documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and process optimization. - Communicate IT updates, changes, and best practices across the organization. Background & Skills We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in a global IT setup and vendor management will be an advantage. - Strong experience in IT support, system administration, or IT service management. - Proven ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. - Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in vendor management and working in a global IT setup is a plus. - Familiarity with IT service management processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, and Change Management). - A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of IT operations in a dynamic environment.
