Job Requirements:
Primary Purpose of Position
To manage the Cell effectively by prioritising activities on a day-to-day basis. Aim to achieve a minimum of 98% quality and delivery performance, by utilising leadership and motivational techniques.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Day to Day liaison with Cell Technicians
2. Day to Day Management of Cell Operatives
3. Facilitate in problem solving
4. Accountable for Cell objectives
5. Day to Day Management of the Cell
6. Allocation of operatives in conjunction with the Cell Technician
7. Ensure work-flow on the Cell
8. Prioritise the Cell's workload
9. Allocation of holidays
10. Late delivery tracking and instigate improvements
11. Attend monthly meetings
12. Ensure all new process and production improvement initiatives are sustained
13. Raise all internal inspection reports
14. Liaise with our internal customers
15. Ensure process instructions are adhered to
16. Ensure cell complies with quality procedures
Person Specification
1. Supervisory experience
2. The jobholder will require three months training to learn the procedures and systems involved to perform the job competently
3. Leadership and communication skills
