The Minster School is a highly regarded, oversubscribed school, serving the local community of Southwell and surrounding villages. The school currently has 1650 students on roll including over 350 students in the sixth form and 40 students in the junior department. We are regularly amongst the top schools in Nottinghamshire for achievement and attainment.
Alongside serving our own students, we are the home of East Midlands East Maths Hub, a strategic partner of the Redhill Teaching Hub and a member of the Minster Learning Alliance. The Minster School is a member of the Minster Trust for Education (MITRE), a multi academy trust.
The Minster School wish to appoint a number of reliable and flexible people to join our existing team of Exam Invigilators.
Duties include setting out and clearing away of exam materials, supervising students during their exams and basic administrative tasks.
Training days will be provided to successful candidates. Hours are flexible and are negotiated around invigilator availability however please only apply if you have sufficient availability during the exam season predominantly in May and June.
We would expect that during exam times, candidates should be available for at least 6 sessions a week - sessions being either a morning or an afternoon.
