We are partnered with the provider of an industry leading SaaS DevOps tool, looking to expand their team with a Product Manager. With a significant amount of PE funding received, they are continuing to grow and this is a really exciting time to join the business.
What does this role look like?
Working closely with both the VP Product and wider Product team, you will play a significant role in shaping and directing their product strategy. They are looking for someone that has what it takes to build strong relationships with users, taking on board problems and delivering solutions.
You will be responsible for taking ideas through the complete product lifecycle, from discovery through to launch. Working alongside Engineers and UX Designers to identify which problems to solve!

What does their ideal candidate look like?
You'll have experience working in B2B SaaS environments and you'll have worked cross-functionally, getting buy in from other teams. If you've got some software engineering experience that's a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
Interview Process ⬇️
1st stage - You'll have a 45 minute conversation with a Senior Product Manager and a Product Manager from the team. They'll likely ask you some technical questions and want to dig a bit deeper into your experience but it'll also be an opportunity for you to get to know them and the role a bit more.
2nd stage - This will be a technical interview (about 2 hours long) and they will give you a problem to solve.
3rd stage - You'll explore culture and values in this conversation, this will be competency based and you'll get the opportunity to meet a few more members of the team.
