Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dynamic and inclusive primary school located in the M43 area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the class teacher in delivering exceptional education. The successful candidate will provide personalized support to individual pupils and small groups, assist in lesson planning and delivery, and contribute to the wider school community. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure all children have a positive, inclusive, and enriching learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons alongside the class teacher.
* Provide focused support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and additional learning needs.
* Help create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes active learning.
* Work one-to-one or in small groups to reinforce key concepts and deepen understanding.
* Foster the social and emotional development of students through positive interactions.
* Assist with pupil assessments and maintain accurate records as required.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop strategies that enhance pupil progress.
* Encourage and uphold high standards of behaviour, participation, and achievement.

Requirements:
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
* Previous experience in a primary school, preferably in an HLTA capacity.
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and experience supporting SEN pupils.
* A positive, empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A clear commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of children.
* A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive.
