What you’ll do at work
Within this role, the ideal candidate will be required to work in a small office environment carrying out general admin duties as well as providing a high level of customer service to our clients. You will be required to work Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9.00am and 3:30pm, with a ½ unpaid lunch break on a starting wage of £7.60 per hour. These hours and pay rate could increase dependant on the performance of the candidate, which will be reviewed by the directors of the business on a regular basis. There also may be overtime available once competent in the role.
Your main job role will be to answer any incoming calls, speak politely and pass messages on as required. You will also be responsible for sometimes dealing with the query from the phone call if the request falls within your job role. You will also have to assist in maintaining incoming emails which can be anything between a new enquiry to sending completions for the jobs.
Most jobs you will be overseeing will be for void properties, both clean and clearances but may have to assist in domestic and commercial jobs as well. You will also be required to speak to other colleagues who work on sites to pass on important messages or to simply assist in whatever it is they need. This could be to locate the correct key safe code to the property, to pass on additional jobs etc. This role also includes occasional filing, as we try to be as much computer based as possible, filing out reports when required and maintaining the void properties schedule.
