Job Description:
Our client in the Technology industry is looking for a dynamic and technical professional to optimize key processes and systems for growth and customer satisfaction. You’ll oversee CRM (Hubspot), automation, workflows, and integrations, ensuring all teams stay aligned and efficient. You'll also create and maintain regular reports, providing teams with the insights they need to drive improvements.
Success in this Role:
You’ll become the go-to person for sales, marketing, and support teams for all things related to reporting, processes, and tools. You’ll start by learning the systems, identifying areas for improvement, and driving projects from idea to implementation. This fast-paced role requires strong multitasking, collaboration, and the ability to manage projects across teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Own CRM (Hubspot) and billing platform (Stripe)
2. Align efforts with sales, marketing, and support for a seamless customer experience
3. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive their execution
4. Implement and manage automations and workflows
5. Use data to track and report on key metrics
6. Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards
7. Collaborate across departments to improve processes
8. Train teams on best practices and tools
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in a revenue operations role (or similar)
2. Strong project management and communication skills
3. Ability to work autonomously and manage end-to-end projects
4. Familiar with sales, marketing, and support tools/metrics
5. Excellent collaboration and prioritization skills
