Our industry leading and highly successful client in the Kent area is on the hunt for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their busy and successful team on a full time, permanent basis!
You'll play a vital role within the sales team, driving growth, expanding an already prestigious customer base, and exceeding both turnover and margin targets within your region. This role is field based, covering areas such as Kent, Surrey, Southeast London and East/West Sussex.

Key job duties
Exceed revenue and margin targets
Drive Business growth by effectively managing both existing and new accounts
Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with our clients target market
Monitor and report on performance daily, weekly and quarterly against agreed KPIs targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, ensuring timely follow ups on all tasksCandidate attributions
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience. Ideally within the food or education sector
Strong background in solution-based selling, tailoring offerings to meet customer needs
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills to identify and secure new business
