Job Summary
As a Sales Professional, you will engage with warm sales leads from an e-commerce site, guiding customers through the purchase process by providing additional information about products, the benefits, and finance options to enhance affordability. You will work within a small team with aspirations to grow, contributing to incremental sales and building a profitable workstream.
Your Role
You will provide proactive follow-up support to prospective customers through outbound calls, identifying their needs, and promoting products and services. Cross-selling and upselling where opportunities exist, you will work towards achieving relevant targets, including call rates, talk time, lead conversions, and sales volume.
