Position: Reflection Room Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: Up to 110 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Potential for permanent role for the right candidate

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Reflection Room Manager to join our secondary school in Moston. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing behaviour and building positive relationships with young people.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily running of the school's Reflection Room, ensuring a calm and productive environment.
2. Manage students who have been referred to the Reflection Room, providing appropriate support and guidance.
3. Work closely with students to encourage reflection on their behaviour and help them develop strategies for improvement.
4. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure the success of the Reflection Room system.
5. Monitor and report on students' progress, working with school leaders and pastoral staff to implement behaviour improvement plans.
6. Ensure that the Reflection Room is used effectively to promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a school or educational setting.
2. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and how to engage young people in reflection.
3. Ability to build positive, respectful relationships with students and staff.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
5. A calm, resilient, and patient approach when dealing with challenging behaviour.
6. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices.
