Step into the role of Partnerships Administrator Discover an exciting opportunity to take on an integral role here at Joules Head Office. Your role of Partnerships Administrator sits within our friendly and creative Partnerships department. The role will be crucial in supporting the trading of Joules products with our partners including M&S and John Lewis, and in supporting the wider department in areas including Shows and Licensing. The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, excellent navigation skills of varying software and websites, and the ability to work independently. Your Role: Accurately enter data into various portals and databases. Verify data for accuracy and completeness. Work with the teams at the Third Parties to ensure deadlines are met and uploads are inline with critical path requirements. Upload imagery to the portals inline with their specifications and timelines. Liaise with internal teams across the business to ensure all information is gathered and photographs are prioritised inline with deadline requirements Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Organize and manage files and trackers. Generate reports and summaries as needed. Support the wider Partnerships Department in other areas including Licensing and Shows as required. Meticulous data entry skills. High attention to detail. Experience in inputting data on multiple systems and portals. Strong computer literacy including Google suite. Ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads. High level of data accuracy to ensure all information is correct and complete. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Where will you be working? This is a part time, 3 day a week, onsite role based at ‘The Barn’ - this is Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. This role is office based and requires all 3 days a week working onsite, as we believe this is where we make the best decisions together.
