Requirments
* Candidates must have experience working as a either a Customer Care Manager, or a co-ordinator looking to take the next step up in their career.
* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* A deep understanding of the high-end property market and the needs of discerning clients.
