They are looking for a PA to support the Executive team. This is an enormously varied role in a small, young, fun, dynamic, energetic and creative company. No two days will be the same!
We are looking for an ambitious candidate who is used to working in a fast-paced company, who can multi-task and prioritise, a self-starter with bags of initiative.
The role:
1. Provide high-level support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
2. Screen calls, emails, and other communication on behalf of the executive team, prioritising inquiries and managing responses as needed.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and projects.
4. Manage and track expenses, including preparing and processing invoices, reimbursements, and budgets.
5. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support the team including social media scheduling and photoshoot coordination.
Looking for:
1. 1+ yrs of experience as a PA, EA, Office Administrator or in a similar role.
2. Able to hit the ground running.
3. Bags of initiative and common sense.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Tech-savvy with an understanding of social media.
6. Eager to learn, open-minded and creative.
