* Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
* Experience in training users online, face to face and preparing training material.
* Maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders internal and external .
* Assisting with recruitment and interview processes.
* Managing employee benefits and enrolment.
* Providing HR support to team members and managers within the company.
* Coordinating with the HR team on workforce planning and resourcing.
* Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Profile
A successful Group HR Administrator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of UK employment law.
* Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
* Ability to manage own workload
