Inthis dynamic product owner role, you'll have the opportunity torevolutionize and institutionalize how we design and ImplementService management processes, CMDB, Service Introduction, Lean SixSigma, Business continuity and disaster recovery process. Empowerour associates with the right and fit for purpose processes, tools,framework, methodology, metrics and governance so they can takedecisive action, maximizing value and making a meaningful impact toour customers – Technical debt reduction, Business Resiliency,drive process efficiency and effectiveness and make easier isbetter.
What are welookingfor?
* Master’sdegree in engineering, management, and related field preferred, orequivalent, or equivalentexperience
* Extensiveexperience with experience in ITSM, L6S, CMDB, Disaster recovery,service Introduction toOperations
* Demonstratedtrack record in understanding and shaping strategic ServiceManagement analytics solutions within a businesscontext
* Preferably provenconsulting experience in the Consumer Products GoodIndustry
Whatwill be your keyresponsibilities?
* Workin partnership with the GDO Service lines (Business DeliveryServices, Enterprise Delivery Services, Information Security,Segment technology office), External Partners and widerorganization (Enterprise and Segments) to design and Implement bestin class and fit for purpose Service Management strategy thataligns with organization goals andstrategy
* Drives the adoptionof the ITSM Process and measures the efficiency and effectivenessof processes.
* Providestrategic recommendations based on data and insights gatheredthrough the ITSM key performancemetrics
* Oversees design,implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CMDBand ensures its alignment with the businessneeds
* Evaluate and improvethe CMDB performance andmaturity
* Designs andimplements the continuous improvement process to deliver businessvalue (cost, quality time) by leveraging Lean six sigmamethodology, tools, frameworks, while providing coaching andleadership to train associates in (Green, White and Blackbelt)
* Designs and implementsBCP and DR to drive businessresiliency
* Design,Implements and governs the overall service introduction process,Integrates PMX and ensures seamless transitions of services fromProjects to operations – Cost, Quality andTime
* Publishes the periodicperformance metrics to the GDOstakeholders
