As the Compliance Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring OCR's qualifications are robust and fair, and that our compliance processes deliver successfully and are compliant with regulatory requirements. About the role The Compliance Senior Manager will lead malpractice and centre compliance processes, generate business insights to drive improvements, and work with stakeholders to shape policies and prevent issues. Key Responsibilities Manage malpractice, centre approval, and inspection processes to ensure compliance and protect the integrity of OCR's qualifications. Lead the National Centre Number Register service. Generate and share insights from compliance processes to drive improvements. Provide expert input to shape policy and engage with regulators and other awarding bodies.
