The Role We are seeking a skilled individual to collaborate with the People Technology Director in driving the successful transformation and change management of a comprehensive HR technology implementation. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the HR function and the broader organisation are fully prepared to embrace and adopt the transformative changes brought about by the new HRIS. Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to: Ensuring our HR function and business are ready to receive and embrace the change to successfully implement a new HRIS for the business, understanding the changes required across our services/processes and any impacts to ways of working across our teams and wider organization. This will include assessing business readiness and ensuring the right plans are in place and acted upon ready for implementation and go live. Working with each HR Centre of Excellence to ensure they understand the change impacts of the implementation across their particular part of the HR function/service provision, supporting the HR teams to develop and own change plan that supports successful adoption and user experience across all stakeholder groups. Working with HR leaders to assess impacts to the HR operating model, both across HR and HR Services, and to develop and execute on the plan for that will support new ways of working. Create, own and deliver the stakeholder engagement across the business and communication plan to all HR teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including central transformation, to identify, prioritise, and execute, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. Monitor and track progress of business and function readiness, measuring the impact and identifying areas for improvement. Your experience We are seeking individuals with experience in SAP (HXM) OR SuccessFactors, particularly those who have worked within or closely with HR departments. Someone who understands how technology implementations impacts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional stakeholder management and proven experience leading cross functional teams to drive enterprise-wide adoption seamlessly. The ability to operationalise and deliver strategic transformation activities. A strong understanding of the change and transformation needs as a result of a large scale HR technology implementation. Experience leading large, complex technology/digital transformation programmes in matrix environments or proven track record of successfully leading and implementing HR Transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of business processes, change management and programmes/project management methodologies. Excellent planning, organisational and risk management capabilities. Problem-solving aptitude and ability to navigate ambiguity, with capacity to identify and address complex business challenges. Excellent leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
