Pay and Benefits:
1. Salary range £22000-£24000 per annum with bonus

The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Global Physical Security Management (GSM) operations team. The Corporate Security Operations Analyst will be trained on security policies, procedures and will possess the appropriate skill sets and tools to deter and prevent unauthorized access to DTCC facilities, compartmentalized data centers, equipment and buildings that protect or house sensitive data and information technology assets. The Corporate Security Operations Analyst will be responsible for access control systems, CCTV systems and the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, and facilities.
Global Security Management is responsible for all facets of DTCC's physical security and life safety program with emphasis on developing, defining, and implementing industry best practices to safeguard against threats and risks to DTCC employees, facilities, business enterprise, and assets. The global security team remains abreast of world events, unexpected crises, natural disasters, and geopolitical instability to identify, communicate, and allocate resources to mitigate potential risks and threats to DTCC.
Security Business Operations focuses on the administrative security controls and processes that support the corporate security program, including the administrative governance of security policies, fiscal management, global access control management and pass administration functions.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
6. Support corporate security operations, including 24/7 security services for routine operations, internal, and external events.
7. Handle incidents with swift resolution, minimal disruption, and identify areas of improvement to continually optimize response protocols.
8. Provide guidance and direction to authorized visitors and vendors on procedures. Assist with evacuation exercises and respond to emergency situations.
9. Responsible for emergency management and incident response, including support in the preparation of emergency operations plans.
10. Provide information for security investigations, including access control systems and closed circuit television.

Qualifications:
11. Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential

14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Outstanding organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of tasks, seeing them to execution and completion
16. Strong experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) and giving group presentations when needed.
