Description
Credit Control:
1. Work towards monthly group and individual cash targets
2. Regularly update account receivables
3. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
4. Ability to work in multiple currencies chasing debt in various countries
5. Resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment plans with customers
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
7. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
Profile
Credit Control:
1. Excellent query resolution and the ability to use all systems available to resolve the queries
2. IT literate with advanced Word and Excel skills, able to produce Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
3. Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
4. Strong communication and negotiation abilities
5. Detail-oriented approach to work
6. Ability to work well in a team environment
