The Health & Safety Group is an established 20 year old independent business providing healthcare and safety training services nationwide to professionals in the healthcare, education, retail, leisure, hospitality, manufacturing and office warehouse sectors. We are looking for an experienced Training Support Agent to work from our head office in Chiswick Business Park and to be part of our team delivering day-to-day duties. The candidate must have proven PC-based skills (eg. Microsoft Office 365) as well as experience in a customer service role, excellent communication skills and a friendly & professional telephone manner.
Duties:
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, providing information, offering solutions, striving for first contact resolution.
- Be able to provide personalised customer service including handling and managing difficult situations.
- Answering calls whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
- Processing orders and taking payments.
- Supporting the daily training course administration process.
- Managing the registration process and ensuring candidates are promptly issued with the correct certificates.
- Liaising with company suppliers to arrange collections & deliveries.
Personal Specification:

- Previous office administration experience required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. In person! This is not a remote or “flexi-working” position.
Work Location: Chiswick Business Park. We prefer applicants to live within a 45 minute commute of our offices.
Pay: £27,000 - £28,000 per year.
