Position Overview
We are recruiting for a Premises Officer to work as part of the Chichester College Estates team.
As our Premises Officer, you will provide a friendly and efficient service throughout the day to meet the campus operational needs, under the direct supervision of the Premises Supervisor and in collaboration with other Estates team members. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing a day-to-day response to maintenance and caretaking needs.
2. Performing general college security duties.
3. Acting as a fire warden when required.
We seek candidates with relevant experience in maintenance or a building services environment, who can work cooperatively as part of a team and use their own initiative.

Shift Pattern: 6:00am-2pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday to Friday). The early and late shifts are worked on alternative weeks.
