Job Title: Administrator
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator to join an established business. This will be working within a great procurement team based in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will be someone who can take initiative and handle tasks independently, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Location: Harrogate
Position Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexibility)
Hybrid working however must be located in Harrogate and surrounding areas
Pay: £12.30 per hour
This role involves a variety of administrative duties, including:
* Filing documents
* Responding to emails and typing up contracts
* Raising purchase orders
* Checking compliance aspects of risk assessments
* Setting up contracts
* Speaking with contractors over the phone
* Providing regular updates
You will have:
* Strong common sense and the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Excel and confidence with Microsoft Office packages
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Desirable procurement or facilities experience, however not essential
* You must be available immediately
