Overview We are looking for a wordsmith to produce progressive campaigns that influence the world we live in. The MSL Studio is on the look out for copywriter that feel as confident in idea generation as they do in channel strategies, with campaign planning as they do creating killer one liners. Someone that can drive progressive thinking and build strong relationships with clients. Employee experience (internal comms, recruitment, EVP) and content strategy experience is a huge bonus. Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Ability to work on high level creative campaign and roll outs. - Experienced in punchy media earning headlines but equally with big content population projects. Able to develop brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, guidelines. - Experience working in Employer Branding or People Communications. - Strong understanding of Campaign and project creative, Channel strategy, Editorial planning & Communications recommendations, - Experience Interviewing stakeholders and clients - Able to collaborate with other creatives/designers for new business or new campaigns. - Finding creative hooks, creative platforms and exciting progressive ideas. Qualifications - A strong communicator with the ability to present their work. Able to provide creative input and point of view across a variety of projects. - Generating brave creative ideas with strong conceptual insight. - Nurturing a team and studio.
