Are you passionate about putting the ‘human’ in Human Resources?
We’re looking for an experienced HR Adviser with a strong background in employee relations to join our HR Operations team. This is a HR generalist role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring our policies and procedures are implemented effectively. This is an exciting opportunity, where you’ll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across of areas of HR.
What will I do in the role?
* Provide 1st & 2nd line HR support to managers and employees
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with UK legislation
* Support managers within the recruitment process
* Maintain accurate HR records, producing reports for management
* Participate or lead in HR projects such as process improvement
* Administrate payroll monthly activities
What do I need?
* Previous experience in HR and understanding of employment law
* Experience in ER case management and improving HR metrics
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* A collaborative team player as well as able to work alone
* Able to deal with change effectively
* Able to demonstrate empathy and apply policy
* Exposure to HRIS
