This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established manufacturing group that supplies heavily into the Automotive sector. This position favours strong sales professionals, as well as those who have experience in manufacturing and regulated environments.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Achieving sales and commercial objectives.
2. Management and development of daily commercial activities, prospecting and recruitment of new customers to achieve the assigned budget objectives.
3. Identifying new opportunities with existing and new products to ensure continuous growth of turnover.
4. Overseeing negotiations on product prices and related contracts, ensuring profitability in line with objectives.
5. Promoting new technologies available in the portfolio of existing products.
6. Negotiating performance plans.
7. Managing requests for quotes (RFQ) process and leading the definition of prices.
8. Analyzing market and competition data.
9. Supporting sales analysis and 3-month forecast against budget.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
1. 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
2. Automotive background desired; similar regulated environments also considered.
